Genpact Walk-In Drive for Customer service: Non-Voice / Voice roles|| Walk-in Venue: Vijayawada || Work location: Hyderabad/ Warangal on 16th November 2024
Job Location: Hyderabad /Warangal (Only work from office)
Languages known: Hindi + English / Only English
Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Experience range: 0-1 year
Responsibilities :
Customer Service -Non voice roles :
1.Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
2.Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
3.Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
4.Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
5.Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
6.Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Customer Service -Voice roles :
1.Respond to customer queries and customers concern
2.Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
3.Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
4.Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
5.Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Minimum Qualifications :
1.Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
2.Freshers are eligible
3.Candidates with previous exp.(upto 1 year) in customer service roles can also appear for interview.
Preferred Qualifications :
1.Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
2.Analytical skills with customer centric approach
3.Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
4.You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
